World Formula has been adopted. Effective immediately. No restrictor plate, 340lb minimum total, minimum 9 year old driver with minimum 1 year unrestricted experience. No minimum driver weight. A claim rule is expected to be adopted at $1,750. Details on the WF motor.

Driver minimum weight for a heavy driver is now 95lbs.
Judging Video is complete and each track will be given a copy. If anyone would like to get your own copy please contact Curt Sullivant. The cost will be $2 for the CD and postage.
No tire prep will be allowed on track facilities at any time. Effective immediately
Fuel lines: Slip on Steel braided fuel line is allowed over the fuel line from the fuel tank to the engine. Effective immediately (this cover is not a cooling device)
Positive Stop Clamp for fuel lines: All fuel lines must be automotive type. Fuel lines must be attached with any positive clamp. Zip ties are allowed. Effective immediately.
All seat belts will require a SFI 16.1 rating and must not be older than two years. Effective 1/1/07 (Unless racing at the 2006 Eastern Grands must comply for this race)
Fuel Tanks: All aluminum fuel tanks must have a minimum wall thickness of .060” and no steel fuel tanks after 1/1/07

QMA has adopted the Moscore program for Grands timing and will be used starting in 2006.
Work was done on the QMA National Bylaws. A copy will be out in just a few weeks
The Honda and Deco Tech manual is now available and will be posted on the QMA National website
Better financial reporting and a new budget approved. $20,000 budgeted for promotions and advertising.
