Information to all members who could not attend our meeting on November 17, 2005
This meeting is a mandatory meeting and to those unexcused members there will be a $75.00 fine that must be paid to be in good standings with GSQMRC.

- Minutes from Oct 20 were read
- 2006 Memberships, must include K&K forms, club information sheet, and the appropriate funds per membership
- New memberships must include all of the above, 1X1 photos and drivers birth certificate. Contact Tammy: tlaureigh@comcast.net

New committee list for 2006 will be handed out at each meeting, please volunteer!!!!!!
Treasurer – Bob Burd
- New treasurers report, with more detail
- Jim Lynch has been helping with acct this year and will do year end books/filings
- 501c3 , we are tax exempt status
- 2004 taxes filed available to review as well as books
- Recognizing Jeri LaMothes request to view financial records of the club, there will be a procedure implemented to request to review items pertaining to GSQMRC (noted other members that would like to make an appt)
Work Detail – Dave Hopkinson
- No official track closing, only opening in March. Notice will be given of date.
Yearbook – Kim Page
- All yearbook pages must be to Kim by 11-25-05. Send them via email if possible to: Kimee71@comcast.net
Banquet – Committee
- Driver information sheets to be turned in by 12-1-05 Contact Anna Krum: AKrum@tesc.edu
- If you are unsure if your driver qualifies for the banquet gifts please contact Tammy Laureigh (must have raced at least 50%)

Grands Committee – Jeri LaMothe
- We need fuelers and sealers! Volunteers are needed for each and every aspect of the Grands (sign ins, scoring, pit steward, safety, tech, scales, parking, trophies, etc). Contact Jeri at: Jeri55@msn.com
